Naturopathic Doctor Licensed in California

Dr. Reena Singh has been in practice since 2007. She graduated from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2007 and earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Texas in Austin. Her journey into Naturopathic medicine started when was 19 when she was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. She was told that she would always have her disease and that she would likely get cancer in her 30s. She reversed the disease process using naturopathic medicine and has had no signs of the disease for the past 15 years. This experience empowered her to pursue Naturopathic medicine to help others find the root cause and regain optimal health.

Dr. Singh is passionate about helping to bring healthy babies into this world and she knows that this starts with the health of the mom-to-be and dad-to-be prior to conception. She helps couples prep their bodies for conception, a healthy pregnancy, and most importantly, a healthy baby.

She is concerned that 1 in 6 kids are diagnosed with a neurodevelopmental disorder by age 6, cancer is a leading cause of death in children, the IQ rate is declining, and that chronic illnesses like asthma, allergies, ADHD, and obesity are the new norm for our kids. By optimizing your health prior to conception you can lower the risk of these conditions for your babies and grandchildren.

Infertility affects 1 in 8 couples. Many couples are referred to a fertility clinic for medications or IVF without first trying to address any underlying health issues. Dr. Singh believes that infertility is a sign of imbalance or deficiency in the body and she works with couples to identify any imbalances, deficiencies, or inflammation that may be preventing a healthy pregnancy. She uses Blood Work Analysis to help identify what areas need attention. She customizes a plan for every mom and dad-to-be so they can optimize their health and increase the chances of conception, a healthy pregnancy, and a healthy baby.

Even if IVF is the only option there is still so much that can be done to help improve the chances. IVF on its own has a low success rate. A lot of research has been done about which toxins could negatively impact the embryo and research has also been done about which nutrients help to improve the quality of the embryo and what can help improve the transfer and general success rate. Dr. Singh uses this research to help couples prep their bodies in order to improve the chances for a successful IVF outcome…. A healthy baby.

Healthy babies come from healthy eggs and healthy sperm. Eggs and sperm take 3 months to mature and develop so if you want to improve the quality of your egg and sperm and optimize your health before conception please invest at least 3 months in yourself.
